We want you to be happy with Patr. If you’re not, here’s how refunds work.
Patr purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. To request a refund, contact Paddle’s buyer support team through the receipt email you received after purchase, or visit paddle.net and look up your transaction.
We honor refund requests made within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, refunds are handled at our discretion.
If a refund is issued, your license key will be deactivated and the app will return to demo mode. Your local data is not deleted — it stays on your Mac.
Remember, you can always explore Patr in demo mode before purchasing. Demo mode is free forever and gives you full access to the app’s interface with sample data. We encourage you to try it before buying.
